A Space To Heal Welcome to A Space to Heal, a counselling and psychotherapy service where you can find hope, emotion I work from a Humanistic and Integrative framework.

If you have suffered bereavement, the loss of a spouse or a child, or are suffering from anxiety and depression, please reach out to me. My counselling approach is holistic, treating mind, body and soul. The aim is to forge a strong therapeutical alliance based on mutual respect - offering a healing space, providing support for reflection and discovery. This means working actively with you to develop your awareness about what may be preventing you from living your life to its full potential.
