Love family celebrations ❤️❤️ 🎂🎂
I really enjoyed my creative side and making two Cakes in July for two separate parties. My brother in Laws 40th and my Mam’s 75th. Both cakes are gluten & dairy free. We have coeliacs & lactose intolerances in the family. Mainly myself!! The golf cake is a 2 tier chocolate biscuit cake and the second cake is a 2 tier sponge cake with raspberries & cream! Both absolutely devoured and there was plenty of people asking for a second portion! I’m delighted that with my nutrition knowledge and enjoyment for baking that I mastered these two delicious cakes!! Go me 😂😂

A self day at the beach while the kids are in camp! A good book, a cuppa and your togs, what more could you want 🥰
Life is busy and sometimes it can become all about the kids but it’s sooo important to take time out for yourself to chill, reset, appreciate the small & simples things. Feeling very blessed ❤️❤️❤️ life is amazing!

What a gorgeous pilates class this morning with Mother Nature showing off some of her powers with a blustery and rainy morning. Nothing like being bare foot on the earth. Well done to all the beautiful people for coming out and enjoying the elements with me. We were kept dry by the shelter of the fabulous trees in St. Enda’s Park🌳🌳🌳

It’s that wonderful time of year again when I bring my classes outdoors for the summer to the gorgeous venue St. Enda’s Park Rathfarnham. Starting Tuesday 3rd June 10am class.

Bring your mat, blocks, bands, suncream, and a bottle of water.
