🧬 “Implantation depends on perfect timing.”

👉 After ovulation, an embryo travels to the uterus.

👉 The endometrium is only receptive for ~48 hours (the “implantation window”).

👉 If progesterone is too low: the lining sheds early.

👉 If blood flow is poor: the lining is thin and undernourished.

👉 Implantation failure can cause:
• Spotting before periods
• Early pregnancy losses
• Infertility despite fertilization

👉 Acupuncture increases uterine blood flow, thickens the lining, and supports luteal progesterone.

Hi Phil, Delighted to let you know that baby Josh arrived safe and sound on Friday morning. Contractions kicked off naturally on Wednesday night and continued throughout Thursday and into Thursday night. Thankfully despite it being slow and steady I could remain calm throughout! The actual delivery process was really straight forward and happened quite quickly once we got there ☺️. Thank you so much again for all the help in the lead up to the day, I definitely felt that the acupuncture helped keep me calm and composed throughout each stage!
I’ll see you soon for my postpartum treatments ❤️

I love using BBT charts! 🥰

They tell me so much about your cycle, ovulation, cervicle mucus, hormone levels, fertile window.

I can detect signs of PCOS or endometriosis and what further testing you might need.

It’s just one of the tools I use to delve into what may be causing infertility.

As a fertility support trained Acupuncturist I dig a bit deeper and leave no stone unturned to get to the root cause of what might be preventing conception.

We need a healthy cycle to get pregnant. If you’re struggling with infertility, this is the first thing I look at because it tells me so much about what’s going on in your body.

🌷 Is your cycle too long or too short?
🌷 Are you ovulating?
🌷 Are there signs of PCOS or endometriosis?
🌷 Is the menstrual blood a healthy colour
🌷 Or is it darker with clots?
🌷 Is there pain before, during or after the period?

These are just some of the signs that tell us we may need further testing along with Acupuncture and diet & lifestyle changes.
