Here Are 3 Essential Strength Training Tips for Building Muscle and Boosting Metabolism

1. Progressive Overload:

Gradually increase weight, reps, or sets every 2-3 weeks. This challenges muscles, prevents plateaus, and stimulates continuous muscle growth and metabolic adaptation.

2. Compound Movements:

Prioritize exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. These multi-joint movements engage more muscle groups, burn more calories, and significantly increase metabolic rate compared to isolation exercises.

3. Recovery & Consistency:
