Greetings everyone☺
I am returning after a needed break from social media. With so much to attend to in my alchemical atelier it was very much required.

So now giving an update on what’s being going on; the creation of my own Rosewater and herbal preserve had several unexpected twists & turns but happily concluded with a result that will hold the required vibrational tones of the New Earth Elixirs.. and all during rose budding season. Phew😅

The creation of the New Earth Elixirs Anointing Oils which you may have seen announced on my IG stories in July.. is progressing nicely with some lovely shaped bottles arriving, fit for the occasion. Currently, they are being made when requested and are benefiting in keeping fears & densities at bay internally & externally. The oil is accompanied by an invocation. Plenty more info to come but send me a DM if you are interested 😉

The other project on my desk has been the creation of new labels for each single elixir. You’ll see these adorning this page and my newly overhauled website, once all is ready.

Meanwhile, I turned 50 during the summer, which was a very fun time filled with abundant love. Thank you so much to my clients & friends who bought me gifts and birthday blessings.
And just as the blackberries came into season, my granny almost 104yrs old, went peacefully into the great beyond. She loved to make blackberry wine but it gave a pounding headache 😂💖

It’s been a year of unexpected’s and I wonder what the rest will hold. It seems we only have 3 ish months left in 2024😅

First milestone of the year achieved – new logo & registering of trademark for New Earth Elixirs! I hope you like it 😊

In the past, I have handed such things over to graphic designers; but this time I knew I had to do it myself.
I thought, well, I have had 4yrs art college training and do all my own artwork normally so how hard can it be 😅

Soon into the process it transpired as to why it was being done this way, the layers of energetics, numerical dimensions – all of which can only be done by me.
So, ahem, several months later 😂
I got there! & it’s nothing like what I’d been thinking of…

I did stay with the alchemical components of gold and ether – that was necessary.
The New Earth Elixirs font was chosen for its grounded yet etheric form.

The tone of gold remains the same; with its soul potency & brilliance, depth and endurance – I felt strongly to keep it. I also love how there is something reminiscent there of the golden glow of the dawn or the soul’s harvest at the end of a good day.

The pale grey is an echo from the steely grey ocean I walk by so often; my educator in the ways of water. It is also colour for ether, the Divine fuel, the mystical element, the seen and the unseen and all spaces in between..

The two 4 pointed stars are capturing the sweet bliss & gentle grace of the Divine blessing the gathered waters below.. rippling out to reach All.

There’s plenty more layered in there but that’s enough for now.
Forward ho onto the next thing 😅

The majesty of Opal🙌✨

This precious little gem is, in its physical form, barely 1 inch diameter.
It’s energy though reaches far & wide, telling a very different story; the swirls of Light reminiscent of the cosmic and vital forces of nature.

Contained within are tiny molecules of water that the deliver wonderous flashes of Light. A stone of deep intensity, it promises immense things; beckoning greatness and beauty, it speaks of the Oneness of Creation, the joy, bounty and possibility of life, and also the sublime and the splendour resting in each and every moment.

I have worked mostly with White Opal (as above) but also very partial to Fire and Boulder Opals. I use to increase and perfect the potency on an existing alchemical blend – namely in the Elixir of Holy Fire
and in Womb Medicine Elixir 7 – Sanctify.
Both blends raise and transmute to a fine exquisite frequency… consecrated in pure and clarified Light✨

Bottles.
I’ve always appreciated a nice glass.. brown, deep blue, green, sea glass, cut glass..
I have my bottles, like these ones… and I have my personal collection; a gently building rose coloured glass currently adorning my windowsill. Receiving in any new bottles, regardless of shape size or colour, a whirr of excitement pulses through in anticipation of what it might be filled with, like bubbles forming in the ethers✨

I remember an interest growing when In college; as part of a multimedia project I gathered feathers, flowers and tiny seeds, carefully dropping them into little 10ml bottles and filling them with oil in the hopes they might ‘sprout’ something. Only a few years after I ventured into the world of Aromatherapy with all its intoxicating scents and found a home under its leafy branches🌿

Now 20+ years on I am again enjoying a revival of these senses in the use of essential oils in some new elixir sprays I am blending specially for clients. There is a beautiful symbiosis occurring in the harmonising of gem potencies, dryad healing energies & Light-being gifts from the Ascended realms. A relationship I feel so very blessed to be part of☺️

Sometimes I find myself musing.. gazing.. at these inconspicuous little containers and I dream into the day when they will each arrive to the doorway of someone somewhere ready for a transformation to happen…

Hello everyone 😊
So happy to say my newsletter is ready and was sent out last week.
February 2023 & what a year’s it’s been!
So much has happened already I’m exhausted 😅

I had never ventured into the land of newsletter writing before, though I do receive some good ones into my own inbox. Growing up in Ireland in the 80’s made me a bit abhorrent to ‘the news’ given it was always so cataclysmically bad.
But we’re here now & I have crafted a space to announce some ‘good news’.. fresh discoveries, insights, stories.. together with new services & programs I am delivering.

I’m all about lighting✨
I go into any room & there is an immediate assessment on how it is lit. Where possible, I then get on with the adjustments; lower the lights, brighten the lights, angle the lights (love those dimmer switches) - orchestrating a definitive spatial light – purpose built for the need of the hour. And that’s just indoors 😉

Outdoors, we see the light in flux, as we graduate toward the turn of one year into another. I feel like these last, next few weeks can be a kind of interim of solace before all re-begins again… and then comes the winter solstice with a new Light ready to dawn.
This is a time gently to go toward the Light.

Whatever your choosing this year; be it by a tree full of faerie lights, the flame of a menorah or a Diwali lamp… or with the gathered light of loved ones… whatever form of light comes to you this festive season, I pray that it kindles the embers of your heart and brings warmth to your soul.
May we all rise into a greater Light in 2023.

I love structure and I love geometry. I love numbers too and the wonderful predictability of how lines look when they are lined up with other lines.
Now, for me to draw a line straight, ‘free-hand’, or draw inside a pre-designated line – not so easy. But this is where we get to appreciate the perks of technology and give thanks for the silica chip.
The joy that incurs when you line up one 90 degree angle with another 90 degree angle and all becomes symmetrical! Or to witness the euphoria of a sacred build, the build they call ‘sacred’ geometry…✨

It has become evident to me these last years, that to use the principles of geometry, especially when combined with numetrics – greater things blossom.
Most especially when working with the multidimensional.. flat ground is very limited 😉

In the cocreation of the ‘Elixir of Holy Armour’ I had a core hope & intention to create a protective form that was firmly structured multidimensionally. Together with the mighty Shield of Melchizedek, the energies of Titanium Merkabah - 2 interlocking tetrahedrons were anchored in. The Merkabah also holds the potencies of the ‘Mer – Ka – Ba’ (meaning ‘Light – Spirit – Body’) - an excellent vehicle of light, a real aid for ‘covering all angles’ 😊

It has come to be that all of my work is held in some sacred geometric form or another; using its principles something like a piano tuner, tuning to get the keys exactly right.
The exactness of geometry means something is on or it’s off, no in-between.
Precision is the thing.

I most especially revel in this sphere when my feminine side has become overloaded from being too flow-y. When I feel like I need a good dose of cosmic form or galactic purpose, geometry is a real haven. I find its perfection and beauty unfathomable✨

✨Faeries.
My introduction to them was in early childhood, a wonder I approached with boundless curiosity. I wholeheartedly believed in and looked for them. Patiently waiting for them to appear. I then lost touch with them; favouring the strong arms of the Ascended realms, my attention turned to off-planet not on-planet. They had never appeared to me so dismayed and disillusioned I went and looked elsewhere.
In hindsight though, I wasn’t ready to meet them, my approach and internal alignment were off.

Fast forward to now and they have place in my life again.
Happily, with all alignments corrected and senses more developed, it’s now open season!
They’re with me indoors, they’re with me outdoors…

Through the alchemical workings, they now have place and right reason to be in my life, and their swirling light-forms and playful ways can show up in harmony with all I do and am.
The Dryads in particular are coming in full flight; as part of the creation of my new range of Womb Medicine Elixirs. The elementals beings known as Dryads who inhabit, care for and encompass every living plant are a real library of experience – each so different, each so willing to impart their healing properties… Frankincense, Ivy, Passionflower….
& come next year, the elementals will be extending their gifts even further into a whole new range I am in the growth stages of (exciting times 😊)

One key thing I consistently notice in working with the faery realm - their enthusiasm for connection and such interest in the work at hand. I open the door, and they’re in!
Just like the curiosity I showed them as a girl; only now it’s them looking at what I’m up to.
It’s such fun. And such joy. A real tonic for the duties of the world.
Yes, we have a great time, me and the faeries😊🧚‍♀️

So this is Oscailt; Integrative Health Centre in the heart of Ballsbridge, Dublin.
I first started seeing clients (& running workshops) from here back in May 2019.
Personally I’m a big fan of tall ceilinged rooms and dramatically large green plants.
These things did attract me to the centre first.

Once I settled in there a bit and got used to the move & rhythm of the place, I noticed I was always so pleased going in there each time. Friendly open faces and a harmony of good feeling & care for all the peoples coming and going looking for counsel & healing of varied kinds.

I’ve worked from a few clinics (mostly in ‘the other capital’ – Cork) and yes, where there are good therapists doing good work, there tends to be a ‘good vibe’.
But there’s something special about

I feel more settled there than at any other clinic or holistic centre I have worked from.
Whenever I’m there, I am just so contented 😊

Recently we had an evening soirée for the Oscailt therapists; an opportunity for us to get more familiar with each other and each other’s work for when referrals are needed, and also, for fun & for the amazing food ( – yum)

It was just so interesting to hear each story – personal & professional, from each therapist.
I kept thinking ‘wow’ what a fascinating & talented bunch!
I wanted to swing open the front door and shout out to the people on the street and say ‘hey everyone, get in here – you should come meet these people!’

I opted for giving a shout out here instead.
So to all the therapists out there! ….for all the good work you do, seen and unseen;
We give thanks to you, for your service to humanity, so we may heal.

GEMSTONES ✨Myths & Legends✨ Item 1 Cleansing

I get a touch exasperated on this subject for a few reasons; First, cleansing gemstones I feel strongly about; for their proper functioning & second, during my years of teaching on crystals (since 2009) I have heard many wild theories & ideas on the topic...

Fact: all stones need cleansing.
Even if the rate of atomical movement in so intensely high - e.g Fulgurite (sand melded by lightening) or Kyanite ( bridges opposite opinions)
The sticky psychic imprint of a human will remain, if left uncleansed.

Salt water, neither adequately cleanses nor does any benefit to gentler surfaced stones ( like Calcites or Malachite). Submerging entirely into salt, can, on occasion, cleanse a stone sufficiently.

Unless your skills are well advanced, cleansing via white light or a healing modality will not return a crystal to optimum capacity.

And lastly, saging. Though it works to a degree, it will have a crystal functioning only at approx. 60% capacity. The density of humanity+Earth is such that when a human is in their healing process, a simply saged crystal is not of a high enough frequency to transmit the quality of Light that is so vitally needed.

To restore a gemstones original harmony, the internal matrix must be penetrated with original Source Light - this means a return to the Mineral-Plant Kingdom (place on soil – reconnect with the Mother) or place in lunar light at high points of lunar activity.
Or indeed, place on soil in extreme weather, such as the lightening we just had here.
(I encourage development of your energetic ‘sight’ to see duration of cleansing time required)

These are just some examples; basic hypothesis is - ‘Return to the Mothership’ - like when we sleep at night..
Not to get into a further nuance of it (there are many!) But each rock does have a preferred cleansing methods also!
A big topic, but also really worth investigating😊
