Our Story

Many people who have sensitivities and allergies know the challenges of everyday life - avoiding, abstaining, anxious about trying anything new. Life becomes a mini minefield. I was one of these people before I was introduced to muscle testing a.k.a. Applied Kinesiology (AK).

In 2003 I was introduced to a group of Chiropractors in Dublin, Ireland, who used AK alongside their chiropractic treatments. The Chiropractor I was attending for low back pain, informed me that he could ‘turn off’ my sensitivities and allergies. I was working as an professional engineer at the time, so to say I was sceptical is an understatement. However, part of me needed to believe there was a life without allergies so I went for 8 treatments. I was amazed that after the 8 treatments, 85% of my sensitivities and allergies had gone! I could enjoy the summer hay-fever inducing months without fatigue causing anti-histamine medication, swollen red eyes, blocked sinuses and tears streaming down my cheeks.

I was amazed at how powerful muscle testing is and how accurately the Kinesiologist could ‘read’ my body. This is when I decided I had to learn how to use muscle testing to help others achieve the results I was getting.

I was hooked and the rest is history. I began my studies in 2004 with Kate Harper (Melbourne, Aus), Amy Harper (Melbourne, Aus), Victor Frank D.C. (California, USA) and Don Viney (Melbourne, Aus). In 2005 I got an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology and in 2007 I got a Professional Diploma in Kinesiology.
