I don't believe in New Year's resolutions; instead, little changes in how we can improve our lifestyle and health. Not as a short-term goal. But as a mindset rooted in longevity and long-term wellbeing.
Instead, set an intention.
Concentrate on one word a day, and how that word can impact your life.
This month, my intentional word is MOVE.
Move your body, your breath, your energy, your mindset. Small, gentle movements done consistently matter far more than intense bursts that don’t last. It’s the little steps, repeated over time, that truly support long-term wellbeing.
This is what I will be gently focusing on this month:
✨ Daily movement - 15 min of yoga, stretch and mobility in the morning, followed by 15-30 min in the evening, plus a gentle 10 min walk before that.
🌙 Better rest - choosing to go to bed one hour earlier.
🌬️ Breathwork rituals - morning and evening breathing to relax the spine: inhaling for 10 sec, slow exhale. Chakra-focused breathing, starting with 7 sec inhalations per chakra and gradually building up to 21 sec as the month progresses.
🧠 Mindset shifts - intentionally slowing both mind and body, while stepping into new growth with the loyalty business app, Wave.
🌱 Conscious decision-making - making wiser choices, trusting my intuition, acting sooner, and letting go of procrastination.
Small, consistent steps.
Flow over force.
Long-term wellbeing over quick fixes.
