I have noticed over the years how difficult it can be for some of my clients to come consistently for treatments. I use this word a lot because of how important consistency is. This is why I have started to run workshops. 🌿✨🤍

I wanted to create a space where you can take undivided time and attention just for yourself - a space where you can bring a more spa-like experience into your home and begin to incorporate daily rituals using the tips and skills I share. A space where the mind, body and breath can work together in harmony, consistently and with ease.

This is my primary goal - to instil a sense of self-love and self-appreciation, and to help you learn how to give back to yourself in a wholesome way, recognising the importance of putting yourself first. The result is feeling happier, more joyful and more fulfilled.

My intention is to run these workshops twice a month, on Sundays from 11 am - 1 pm. You can choose to book a course of 6 sessions or join individual mornings in the beautiful, calming energy of Moons Yoga Loft. The more we create habit and intention, the more likely we are to stay consistent - and that’s when we begin to see a real, positive impact on our lives.

This special Embodied Radiance Ritual is a hands-on, immersive workshop created to help you build consistency in your own daily self-care and self-love practices. 🌿✨

During this workshop, you will be gently guided to connect, feel, express and release - allowing your whole body to soften while igniting your inner glow and natural radiance.

This immersive experience includes a beautiful blend of:

🌿 Qi Gong energy work to awaken and circulate your life force energy
🌿 Self-massage & facial fascia release, including lymphatic drainage techniques using Gua Sha tools
🌿 Body fascia release practices to ease tension and improve overall flow
🌿 Breathwork (with individual headsets and optional body fascia release) to calm the nervous system and bring you into deep presence
🌿 Grounding sequence, followed by light refreshments

This is more than just a workshop - it is a space to pause, reconnect and come back to yourself. A space to listen to your body, release what no longer serves you, and restore balance from within.

Special attention will be given to the facial muscles, using sculpting and lifting techniques to improve tone, release tension, and create both movement and softness. You will leave feeling lighter, more connected, and empowered with simple, effective tools you can carry into your daily life to support your wellbeing.
