It has been a busy few months at Active Rehab. It has been rewarding to see our clients make progress in their rehabilitation at our clinic and in their homes.

We have been delighted to assist clients and their families navigate life on their journeys with a neurological condition and other conditions.

We are taking our summer holidays but we will be back very soon!

The next newly diagnosed zoom programme will commence on June 3rd and will run on Tuesdays at 10am for four weeks.

This programme takes place with our PD Nurse Specialists in a small group via Zoom.

The four week course will cover: Knowledge, Meducation (education on meds), Exercise and Supports.

Places are extremely limited so please register in advance.
