Missing my Yoga…
So for me while abstaining from yoga due to back surgery I have experienced body stiffness, reduced flexibility, and increased stress levels definitely when I can’t access my yoga. However yoga is not merely a form of exercise it has lots of benefits like increased flexibility, improved strength, and the body is less susceptible to injuries, it is calming and releases blocks in the body and it lowers immune system so on and so forth. The list is long. Basically, Yoga teaches you how to take care of your mental, physical and emotional health. I for one can’t wait to get back to it. 💚
