Su***de or Survive is bringing our flagship Eden Programme to Portlaoise 💙

The Eden Programme is a free, 26-week programme for people who have thoughts of su***de or who have attempted to take their own life.

About the Eden Programme:
- An educational programme with a therapeutic element in a small group setting
- For people 18 years old and up
- Held once a week for 3 hours
- Self-referral only

The Eden Programme in Portlaoise starts in September 2026 and will be held Tuesday mornings from 10am to 1pm in Portlaoise Town Centre.

Clondalkin Tus Nua will be starting a awareness programme that will cover self care, drug awareness, coping strategies and setting boundaries.
