Hi, I’m Catherine, founder of Prana Reflexology. I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2002 under the excellent tuition of Carol Donnelly of Suaimhneas Reflexology. From the beginning I’ve been passionate about Reflexology and committed to continually learning, improving, and stepping outside my comfort zone.

From 2005 until her passing in 2019, I had the privilege of training under Dr Faure Alderson, in Cranio Sacral Reflexology. Her mentorship gave me a deep understanding of the nervous system and sparked my love for anatomy and physiology. Her influence shaped the way I work today.

In 2017 I completed my first module of the Manzanares Method of Reflexology in London. It was challenging, incredibly detailed, and completely fascinating. The method gave me much greater insight into pathology, and when I began using it in practice, the client feedback was remarkable, the results provided a healthy dose of imposter syndrome!

When Dr Manzanares asked if I would host him in Ireland, I immediately agreed. Since then, I’ve been organizing and hosting the Manzanares Method of Reflexology training here, and it has been amazing to see practitioners grow in confidence, accuracy, and clinical skill using this advanced method.
