The reality is, I am still a work in progress in plenty of areas. (Just ask my linen cupboard).

But when it comes to the complex language of menopause and the gut? That is where I speak fluently!

You don’t need another confusing diet trend. You just need to understand how deeply connected your gut is to your changing hormones.

When perimenopause, menopause, or heavy PMS hits, adding strict food rules just puts your nervous system under more stress.

Because let’s be honest, it goes so much deeper than just stubborn weight or feeling a bit tired.

It’s the heavy brain fog, the unpredictable mood swings, and that quiet loss of confidence when you don’t feel like yourself anymore.

Instead of fighting yourself, we need to look straight at the actual foundation: the gut-hormone link 🔗

Your microbiome is working overtime right now to process those fluctuating estrogen and progesterone levels.
