Mini Beltaine Retreat 🌸

Join Grainne & Eden on Sunday 3rd May for a gentle afternoon to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
This is a space to release what’s been weighing you down and begin to blossom and bloom into this new season.

We’ll start with a slow flow Pilates session with Eden, helping you unwind through mindful movement, light stretching, and breath.
Then we’ll ease into a cosy, heart-led space with Gráinne, including meditation, journaling, angel cards, crystals, and essential oils.

Together, we’ll gently explore the zodiac signs and connect you with the angel and crystal that supports your energy at this time, guiding you towards what you wish to call in for spring and summer.

Become attuned to this amazing universal life force energy. Gain clarity and find your true life purpose. Learn how to become grounded and balanced and all about your chakras (The energy centres within your body) Small intimate group of 3 to 4 people only.

The day Includes my guided healing meditations, all about Angels and Crystals giving and receiving Reiki on a chair and a plinth. A full manual certificate, lunch and refreshments.
With a 3 hour follow up, approx 3 weeks later

Full Day Event from 10am to 5pm

Spend the day immersing in nature, and this beautiful relaxing space with like minded sensitive women, as we tap into the beauty and magic that lives within each and every one of you.

The day will start with grounding guided meditation and Reiki healing, to open you up to creating more of what you truly need and desire in your life and setting new intentions.

As we delve into what it truly feels like when you show up, as just your true self. Conditioning and learned behaviours create our beliefs and control much of how our life plays out. This can keep us small and feeling stuck.

We all deserve to sparkle and shine and show up as our amazing selves.

Living your life filled with purpose and meaning really feels magical and exiting.

I create a relaxing, healing space where you release, and get clear on what you want to let go off.

Today with deep sadness.💔 I bid farewell to a special friend and soul sister, the beautiful Sharon Brown as she was laid to rest in Rush Co Dublin

We met through Aishling Mooney, both attending one of her retreats in 2017. Sharon shared her gifts with many. She was a guest at one of my own Retreats a few years back,
connecting many of you with your spirit animals and taking us on a releasing journey with her amazing drumming.

We had so many fab group weekends away which I will always treasure. Sharon was one of a kind, straight talking, funny, and wise. Always reminding us to stay in our own lane and be true to ourseves. 🌅

You touched and helped change many lives Sharon. I learned not to take life so seriously and laughed lots when we got together. 😇😊 I will miss you and feel honoured to have being part of your human journey. The divine has other plans for you now. Fly high my friend ❤️ you are now free xx
