Vision Boards are a Powerful Manifestation Tool. I've been creating them over the last number of years and have manifested so many of my hearts desires. As you can too.

This workshop is all about creating, dreaming and visualising what the next 12 months can look like, feel like, and become.

1) We begin by looking at the changes you need and want to make during this year to promote new growth and happy experiences and the 4 main areas in your life that you need to focus on to create change. And a daily self care routine to create new energy and motivation
2) Release let go, and relax with a guided meditation to bring in new awareness and inspire you.
3) Group discussion, journalling and audio on getting clear and setting your new goals for the coming year to 5 years and tips and tools on how to achieve them.
4) Create your own vision board to help manifest and bring your dreams to life.

Everything is supplied including Refreshments.

My first weekend overnight retreat… something I’ve held in my heart and dreamed of offering for a couple of years. ✨

After creating so many magical day retreats, I’m now beyond excited to expand that experience into a full two-night journey of healing, connection and deep soul nourishment.

The Healing From Within Overnight Retreat arrives this June at the gorgeous Mucklagh Lodge, surrounded by peaceful woodland and the perfect backdrop for rest, reflection and renewal.

Over the weekend, you’ll be held in a gentle blend of soulful practices, healing spaces, guided moments, nature connection and time to simply be.

Expect a mix of ceremony, breath, sound, energy work, creativity, stillness and the kind of magic that only unfolds when a group comes together with open hearts.

You’ll have two nights away, delicious vegetarian meals provided, and the choice of a twin or triple room.
