Birth Logic Small, interactive group classes - 1-day antenatal class or a 2-day combo class which combines hypnob

I am a practicing midwife in a Dublin hospital and I am an antenatal and hypnobirthing teacher. I teach (in-person)1 day antenatal classes (€180) and 2 day (+2 hours) hypnobirthing combined with antenatal information classes (€320). Hypnobirthing classes offer tools to the birthing woman and her partner. These tools help to keep the birthing woman calm and in control during her labour. When a woman feels in control during her labour research finds that the woman has a more enjoyable birth experience. The birthing partner has a very important role in labour and this is covered extensively in class.

Our Story

My name is Sarah McCann R.M. I am a practicing midwife in a Dublin hospital and I am an antenatal and hypnobirthing teacher.

I believe that women can acquire tools and knowledge in classes which will help them have a better birth

I teach 1 day antenatal classes and 2 day (+2 hours) hypnobirthing combined with antenatal classes. I teach in the Hilton hotel in Clarehall just off the M50.
