Try meditate for 5 minutes Focus on your breathing allowing your breath to quiet your mind. Engage with the quiet . Breath stillness into your body mind and soul. Try not to fidget sit or lie calmly.
You can practice stillness everyday for 21 days start with 5 minutes and build yourself up a little more each day. Allow yourself to enter deeper states of consciousness. Over time you should feel reduced stress improved clarity and a deeper connection with yourself
