The Journey
Phase 1: The Activation (Boxing Drills)
Led by Olympic legend Kenneth Egan, you’ll hit the mats for a high-energy boxing session. Focus on fundamental movement, discipline, and controlled aggression. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a total beginner, Kenneth and Keith will help you find your "fighter's flow."
Phase 2: The Contrast (Sauna & Plunge Pool)
Shift from the heat of the ring to the heat of the sauna. We’ll utilize contrast therapy—moving between the deep warmth of the sauna and the bracing clarity of the cold plunge pool—to reduce inflammation, boost recovery, and sharpen your mental resilience.
Phase 3: The Relaxation (Sound Bath)
To close the session, Keith will lead you through a meditative sound bath. After the physical intensity and the shock of the cold, this immersion in restorative frequencies will ground your nervous system, leaving you in a state of total calm and mental clarity.
