Yoga with Shaz

Yoga with Shaz Find out where and when Sharon is teaching yoga, read interesting yoga-related materials, and maybe find some inspiration for the day!

Sharon has been practicing yoga since 2007 and has studied Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa flow. She decided to become a yoga instructor because, as cliché as it sounds, she loves sharing what she loves; she completed the 200-hr RYT training course in 2015 under the guidance of Ciara Cronin and other renowned teachers at the Yoga Room in Dublin, Ireland.
