St Francis Hospice Dublin Specialist palliative care service provider to north Dublin & surrounding counties. The staff and volunteers of St. Our services are at no charge to patients.

Francis Hospice provide specialist palliative care to people of North Dublin City and County. Our services are delivered from our hospices in Raheny and Blanchardstown. Based on a Christian philosophy, each person is treated with dignity, respect and compassion irrespective of their cultural or religious background.

In 2026, Vital Pharmacies will be supporting local hospice care through in-store fundraising and community-led initiatives — helping us to continue to provide compassionate care and support to those who need it most.

Our Walk and Talk bereavement group is free for adults in the community who are grieving. Members of our bereavement team will guide a walk in the fresh air, followed by a cuppa. It gives people a chance to talk to our bereavement team and other bereaved people who know what it is like living with grief.

Our next walk will take place on Tuesday 24th February at 10am. The meeting point is the entrance to the Red Stables. The walk will be followed by tea/coffee in Olive's Room Café.

The walk is suitable for most levels of mobility as it takes place on flat paths within the park. Please wear or bring suitable clothing to take part in the walk on the day, as the walk will go ahead in all-weather unless there is a weather warning.

🌳 For every charity registrant, one square foot of native Irish woodland will be planted, creating a living legacy in honour of those we remember.
