Get Back Active

Get Back Active Get Back Active is a yoga-based back care programme, a carefully selected combination of safe, therapeutic movements, breathing exercises and relaxation.

Back Active gets your back moving again and stimulates its natural ability to recover. This gentle, six week course involves a weekly 90 minute class with safe, stretching and strengthening movements, breathing exercises and relaxation guided by Ursula Carlin, an experienced instructor and Dru Yoga teacher. Detailed exercise sheets are provided to support home practice between classes. This programme includes mindful, whole body movements with the breath to gain confidence and overcome bracing and fear, and is suitable for anyone who wants to keep their back supple and strong as well as those experiencing low back pain. Private sessions in your home/workplace also available
