Your fertility chart is invaluable in helping us to identify hormone imbalances and physiological disorders that cause fertility problems.

To create your fertility chart:
🔹️Contact your Neo Fertility Advisor to book an appointment.
🔹️Begin charting daily on the Chart Neo app.
🔹️Keep closely linked with your fertility advisor throughout your treatment.

Here are some tips when charting your fertility:
🔹️Chart your period flow, colour, and duration.
🔹️Chart your mucus/sensation daily.
🔹️Use the notes section to elaborate on your observations.
🔹️Use LH testing if recceomended by your fertility advisor.
🔹️Take your temperature at the same time each morning before getting out of bed. Ensure to use a basal body thermometer.
🔹️Chart your medication/supplements daily.
🔹️Include any symptoms you're experiencing.

Through charting your fertility, you can:
🔹️Identify peak day
🔹️Identify the quality of your mucus pattern
🔹️Time blood tests
🔹️Time medication
🔹️Identify if any plan adjustments are required

"I am so delighted that I am able to write this
and share our beautiful daughter. I am sorry
hat it has taken me so long, but We have just
been enjoying our blessing! After a long history
of heartbreak, we wanted to explore something
other than IVF. We wanted to really explore
what the route cause was if We could
determine that) and get in more optimal health.
The team is amazing, and we did just that,
and came up with a very specific individualised
plan. We discovered I had Lyme disease and
that obviously took some time to address. I also
had issues with my thyroid (Hashimoto's) and
