We are now accepting applications for our next Bereavement Support Volunteer training.

Running from September 2026 to June 2027, it involves approximately 100 hours of intensive training which typically takes place at our Harold’s Cross site on two Saturdays per month. Training is provided free of charge to successful applicants who must first complete an application form, attend for interview and obtain Garda vetting.

To be eligible to apply:
• You must not have had a significant bereavement in the 18 months prior to the start of training.
• You must be willing to commit to a minimum of at least two years volunteering with the service, once training has been successfully completed.

The annual Glen to Glen Remembrance Hike for Hospice takes place this year on Sunday 12th October. Remember loved ones and support Wicklow Hospice. Together we can raise vital funds to help provide enhanced support and care to our patients and their families.

Choose from either a 12km or 8km looped route which will take you on journey through beautiful Wicklow countryside including the lakes at Glendalough.

A huge Thank You to Paul Tobin for walking a whopping 260 kilometres during March in honour his friend Kevin "Billy" Hunt. Not only did he complete this remarkable challenge, but he also raised over €1252 for Our Lady's Hospice & Care Services.
