This Thursday 19th June I’ll be teaching Restorative Yoga & Breathwork at

7:15 - 8:15pm

Restorative yoga is gentle, soothing, therapeutic and accessible - I personally find it works as an effective antidote to stress, anxiety, insomnia and fatigue. It sorts out our nervous systems and leaves us feeling rested and relaxed 🙌

2023 sure has been a tough one.
Dear loved ones have battled sickness. Other loved ones have passed away. And as for Palestine, I honestly think it’s the saddest, worst thing I’ve ever seen.
Relationships have also been strained, peri-menopause has been a complete bastard too… the list goes on.
I don’t usually share such downer personal stuff here on my yoga page, but yoga is a lot about self-awareness and truth, and these times call for that.
Also. I had great intentions of rocking up and teaching a lot more yoga this year, but as life would have it I needed to place my energies elsewhere for a while.

So, what’s to celebrate this year?
All the little things that turned out alright 💖
All the times we got back up again after a fall 💖
The times we were there for our loved ones 💖
And the times we did our best 💖
