Oh God… this was not easy but I’m glad I did it…

Join myself and Ciaran on Monday 26th of January for our January Wind Down Sleep Well session. 🛌💤

A recent client who has been to all of our online soundbaths commented:

I used to LOVE climbing trees as a kid…

Now I’m 50 and I still love it…

I am grateful I have the health to do it… admittedly it’s not a high tree but the feeling is just as good…

It’s thanks to my yoga practice that I have the flexibility to yank my legs up!

Countdown is on to Bali teacher training… watch out world. 😊♥️😊

Please be cautious if you choose to climb a tree 🌳 I don’t want to be sued! 😂

Keeping gratitude simple is so helpful.

Many people are struggling with SAD seasonally activated depression. The lack of light has a profound impact on our emotional health.

We need to do all we can to minimise this.

I find that gratitude cures through the noise of my negativity bias more quickly than anything else. I feel alive health and so grateful to be alive and that’s what I want for you no matter what month it is! 😅

A little snippet from NYE 2025…

I’m grateful we danced into 2026 even if I was supposed to go the other way! 🤪😂

Dance whenever you can - we often think we need to go out to dance but all you need is a kitchen floor and a boom box!

Thanks to my mammy for providing both. 🙏

I’ll be back from my Bali adventures as a fully qualified yoga teacher.

Ciaran will be doing soundbaths each night to ensure we all sleep like rocks.
