1-2-1 personal training in my private studio in Kilkenny ensures you receive completely personalised and tailored training, specific to your goals. You will receive constant support and you’ll reach your goals while learning how to change your habits for good!

Nutrition coaching will help you to figure out the best eating plan for you regardless of your goals. You might want to lose weight, be a yo-yo dieter, gain weight, gain muscle, get healthier or maybe you need a complete overhaul of your current diet. No matter your goal it’s time to get control of your nutrition and I know just how to help you.

Online training is perfect for you no matter if you are just starting out or if you’re a seasoned gym goer. If you’re new to working out and are looking to learn the ropes my plans will give you the confidence and knowledge to succeed with the added bonus you can do it either in the comfort of your own home or in the gym. If you are already working out but are lacking a programme, aren’t getting results anymore or your motivation is lacking or to continue to build on your health and fitness then online training is the answer for you.
