Join us for nourishing Embodied and Somatic based weekly Yoga classes in Clondalkin.

A space to reconnect with your body, release tension, and find balance through gentle, therapeutic practices.

Suitable for all levels — no prior experience needed.

Hi everyone, it looks like the weather gods have decided to keep the rain coming since last night, so I am going to have to cancel this morning’s yoga class.
