More Than Nutrition More than Nutrition is providing one to one nutrition guidance to help clients reach goals without the need of a diet.

More than Nutrition offer one to one guidance via your smart phone. Our team will mentor, monitor and message 7 days a week over a 5 month period to ensure the client gets the structure they need to make life changing habits. Our clients will photo diary food and track activity, sleep, enery and water intake. At the end of every day our team will give client specific guidance to help you achieve your goals. There is no need for face to face meeting or weigh ins. Everything we do happens through your smart phone device.
