Introducing Madeline Greenwood, who comes to the centre with a wealth of knowledge and experience in her field of Kinesiology and from working abroad in Australia and Singapore.

Many people may associate Kinesiology when working with food allergies and intolerances, however Kinesology is a form of Mind Body Medicine that helps support broader health concerns and imbalances.

It can be to manage and release emotional strese.g. anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, relationship, food related stress.

It can also be used to relieve structural and physical pain e.g. musculoskeletal, back pain, migraines, menstrual pain.

It can also improve sleep & vitality e.g. wakefulness, unexplained low energy, adrenal fatigue.

And support hormonal imbalances e.g. menstrual cycle, fertility, perimenopause & menopause transition,
thyroid issues.

Kinesiology is a natural therapy fusing Chinese Medicine and Western Anatomy & Physiology to unlock holistic health.
Health challenges are complex and individual. They can be psycho-emotional, musculoskeletal, digestive, hormonal or energetic in nature and they occur for different reasons. Kinesiology helps reveal your underlying causal factors such as emotional, physical and environmental influences by considering you as a whole and nuanced individual.

The Dublin Wellbeing Centre

We started off in 2004 in Wicklow Street opposite Cournicopia in a tiny room which was grand for myself and 3 other homeopaths. Then when I learned energy therapies, I started to look for a bigger space to use a plinth and the centre moved the Baggot Street in 2012, to a beautiful space under the eaves, on the top floor. In the summer you could only see those beautiful trees which line Baggot St, at times twas like being in the Andes and the odd black bird and crow would serenade us. Many full moons we celebrated there.

Our current location, Frederick St, came to us within 2 hours of being told we had to vacate Baggot St. Another beautiful space under the eaves and in a delightful neighbourhood. We have always resided in Dublin 2. This space is home now and as special as all the other, with a beautiful relaxing and homely energy which therapist and clients frequently remark on.

We are a small group of dedicated therapist who love the work we do and the space and look forward to working with you and your loved ones.
