Sometimes, for some people - in a prone asymmetric groin stretch - elevating the knee on one or even two blocks can help access the stretch to the inner thigh, more effectively.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to yoga.

🧚🏾‍♀️ for previous 200hr teachers who are looking to up skill or touch up on some skills (reduced rate + membership included)

Why our 200hr training?
➡️ membership is included in your training cost
➡️ sequencing + mentorship is a priority, we host classes in studio primarily for our graduates to teach and practice after the course.
➡️ a wellness community - all out YTT students become each others biggest supporters as well as join YD teaching community, it doesn’t end when the course ends.

Kick off the summer with a retreat & reset.

Beginning with an Opening Cacao Ceremony led by Aine. Then having a delightful restorative class with Mignon and a sound bath with Che. Helping us shed the winter and start the new season with the energy to carry us.

Throughout this retreat you will have options for different yoga, meditation and breathwork classes. Workshops will also be on offer.

Daily brunch and dinner will be served and included in the price.
