We are so excited to kick off our new Pre Natal Pilates classes tomorrow with physiotherapist Fiona Hiney.

These physio-led sessions focus on functional, safe movement to help you maintain strength, mobility, and ease throughout pregnancy. Expect calm, supportive teaching and an approach grounded in science and care.

Classes run every Friday at 12 pm with a few spaces remaining for tomorrow’s class. Book your spot through MINDBODY.
