In Balance Pilates with Claire Hennessy is Pilates in a fun and friendly environment with an emphasis on strengthening the core, getting fit & having fun! Claire has an extensive background in sport, and it was a repeated hamstring injury that led to her first taking up Pilates, to strengthen her core to prevent reoccurance. A black belt in karate, avid hockey player, qualified lifeguard, Claire also participates in piloxing, hot yoga and trampolining. She is passionate about injury prevention through keeping the core strong.
