Your thoughts deserve a safe space. Journaling can help you slow down, reflect, and make sense of your emotions. Whether it’s a few lines each morning or a late-night brain dump, putting pen to paper can ease stress and bring clarity to your day ✍️You don’t need the “perfect words” — just start where you are.
Try writing about:
📝 What’s on your mind
📝 Things you’re grateful for
📝 Goals and dreams
📝 Challenges you’re working through
📝 One positive moment from today

A few minutes of journaling each day can become a powerful act of self-care 🌿
Do you journal? Share below 👇

Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but small daily habits can make a big difference.
✨ Prioritise sleep
✨ Focus on your breathing
✨ Stay active
✨ Eat nourishing foods
✨ Make time for hobbies
✨ Talk to someone you trust
✨ Use to-do lists to stay organised
✨ Practice healthy time management
Remember: you don’t have to manage it all alone. Taking one small step today is enough.

We believe that the month of May belongs to the Bealtaine Festival, celebrating art and creativity as we age! The Bealtaine Festival gives our older adults in the County the opportunity to discover a new talent or find a new way to use an old skill. It is an opening to make new friends and connect with your community.

Self-care doesn’t have to be big to make a difference. It can start small…
A few deep breaths before your day begins
Stepping outside for fresh air
Putting your phone down for a moment of quiet
Checking in with yourself — “How am I, really?”
Little things add up. And those small moments of care? They matter more than you think.
Start where you are. Take it one step at a time.
