Progress isn’t always about going heavier, harder and faster for the majority of the population.
Progress to us is found through doing things that get you closer and align with your goal on a daily/ consistent basis.
Progress is going to look different to everyone, for some it could be to have more energy during the working day, try new food sources, to help manage stress.
