Most people who ask about their nose don’t actually want a completely different one.

They’ll say things like, “I just wish the bump wasn’t so obvious,” or “From the side it bothers me, but I don’t want surgery.” What they’re really asking for is balance - something that feels softer and more in proportion with the rest of their face.

That’s where non-surgical rhinoplasty can be really powerful in the right hands. By carefully placing small amounts of filler, we can smooth the profile, improve the bridge line, and support the tip so the whole nose sits more harmoniously with your features.

The goal is never to create a “perfect” nose. It’s to make the nose you already have look more balanced, so when you see your profile in photos, it feels like you.

Subtle, thoughtful changes can make a big difference to how a face flows.

If your nose has always been something you notice first in photos, book a consultation via the link in bio, and we’ll talk through whether non-surgical rhinoplasty is the right option for you 💌

If injectables have started to feel confusing, overwhelming, or a bit polarising, we get it.

One minute, it can feel like they’re being sold as a miracle, the next they’re being blamed for every overdone face on the internet. Somewhere in the middle are people like you, just wanting to look fresher without losing what makes their face theirs.

After more than 10 years in aesthetic medicine, there are a few things I really wish people knew before they booked anything. Not to scare you off, but to help you make better, calmer decisions that you’ll still feel good about down the line 👉🏼

If you want honest advice and a plan that’s built around your face, not trends, book a consultation via the link in bio. We’ll assess properly, talk it through, and figure out what will actually work for you 💌

The skin treatment you’ll wish you’d tried sooner 👆🏼

We love MOXI because it targets early sun damage, uneven tone, and that slightly rough, dull texture that builds up over time, while also supporting collagen so the skin looks smoother and more resilient. It’s brilliant if you’re not necessarily looking for one big change, you just want your skin to look consistently healthier, brighter, and more even.

What to expect from treatment:

During: we’ll numb you first, then you’ll feel a warm, scratchy sensation as the laser passes over the skin. It’s very tolerable for most people.

Straight after: you’ll look flushed, like a mild sunburn, and the skin can feel warm and tight for a few hours.

Over the next few days: dryness is normal, and many people get a slightly rough, sandpapery feel as the skin renews. This settles as the old, damaged cells shed.

Results: You’ll usually notice brightness and smoother texture first, then more even tone and that “my skin looks better in natural light” effect building over the following weeks. A course gives the best results, then maintenance keeps things ticking over.

Ever looked at your skin and thought, “Why is this still here when I’m doing everything I’ve been told?”

Pigmentation is one of those issues that makes people feel like they’re failing at skincare. They’re wearing SPF (mostly), they’ve tried the brightening serum, maybe even booked treatments, and yet the marks keep creeping back.

The reality is pigmentation isn’t stubborn or random. It’s predictable once you understand what’s driving it, and most of the setbacks I see in clinic come down to a few very common mistakes 👉🏼

If you want help working out what type of pigmentation you’re actually dealing with and how to treat it properly, book a consultation via the link in bio 🔗

Before you read this, I want to clear something up.

If you’ve ever wondered why some results look effortless and others don’t quite land, it usually has very little to do with the treatment itself. It’s about everything that happens around it.

Swipe for a behind-the-scenes look at what actually makes the difference at The Glow Clinic, long before and long after anything is injected or switched on 👉🏼

Choosing devices for a clinic isn’t about what’s new or what’s trending. It’s about what you can trust to deliver results, consistently.

When I was building the clinic, I wasn’t interested in the cheapest, nor the most aggressive. I was looking for that balance where we can achieve visible, meaningful improvement while still respecting the skin.

That’s exactly why I chose BBL and MOXI.

They allow us to treat a wide range of concerns, from redness and pigmentation to overall skin quality, in a way that feels controlled, predictable, and safe. You’re improving the skin, not overwhelming it.

For me, that matters. Because good results aren’t just about what you see after one treatment. They’re about how your skin continues to behave over time.

This is a more considered, long-term approach to skin. And that’s always been the priority.

If you’re looking for treatments that genuinely improve your skin rather than just give a short-term fix, book a consultation via the link in our bio or send me a message, and we’ll find the right approach for you. 💌

If you’re sitting there feeling self-conscious about your skin, it’s easy to assume the person opposite you has always had it easy.

That they’ve never avoided mirrors, bright lights, or plans because their skin was acting up.

This post is a bit more personal. It’s about my own relationship with my skin, how much it’s changed over the years, and why I approach skin in a way that’s supportive rather than critical 👉🏼

If you’re feeling stuck, frustrated, or just tired of fighting your skin, book a consultation via the link in bio. We’ll talk it through properly and build a plan that feels kind, realistic, and actually works for you 💌

Looking fresher doesn’t always come from treating the obvious areas.

Most people focus on lines or movement first, but that’s often not where the real change comes from. It’s usually the quieter, more foundational areas that shift how the whole face looks.

The quality of your skin, the structure that supports your lower face, and the subtle volume through the upper face all play a bigger role than people realise.

When those are addressed properly, everything else starts to sit better. You look brighter, more balanced, and more like yourself, without it being obvious what’s been done.

It’s a more considered way of approaching the face. Not chasing one concern, but understanding how everything works together.

If you feel like something looks slightly tired or out of balance but you’re not sure why, book a consultation via the link in my bio or send me a message, and we’ll look at the bigger picture properly 💌

Tired eyes aren’t always a surgical problem, and they don’t always need a surgical solution.

We were delighted to feature in as part of their blepharoplasty-focused piece, highlighting what they called the “next bleph thing” for treating tired eyes.

What I found particularly interesting about this feature is the shift in conversation. It’s no longer just about removing excess skin, but about how we can support, strengthen, and improve the eye area in a more subtle, considered way.

The Eye Glow Renewal Treatment combines injectable skin support with microneedling to improve elasticity, smooth fine lines, and brighten dark circles. It’s a great example of how we can approach the eye area without over-treating or jumping straight to surgery.

For many patients, it’s about finding that balance. Understanding when surgery is appropriate, and when regenerative, skin-focused treatments can create a meaningful difference.

Grateful to be included in such a thoughtful piece and to be part of a wider conversation around more natural, patient-led approaches to rejuvenation. ✨
