It’s been a while since I have been on my page can’t explain why wat happened But it did but all I know I m lucky to be here took some very bad turn at home and in hospital I’m glad i went to hospital st least when I had my turns in there I had help straight away wer if I was at home I would my be writhing this now it was. Hell for you’s off you who don’t know wat I’m on about it’s no joke others think it’s a big joke Ye he s on the beer but I don’t care it’s a illness that why I can’t explain like many other s. I seen a man in my ward left paralyzed down his hole left side because of drink so I was very lucky he is only 2 years older then me so as I said I was very luck the only thing that half helped my was my cycling fitness wise they said if not my heart could have busted so that’s my bit done think wat you think laugh if you want I don’t care. I’m here today and the the first people that came down to me wer my grand kids so that’s me. 🙏🙏

It's been a while since iwas on my page ok so I had a blip in two and half years but I'll be back up again it's not the end of the world ok I have let a few down my daughters wife and some good friends but we are back out and up again first little cycle to day which felt good gardens back to normal but I wish people would just stop going on about it it happened and I can't explain why but it's my alcohol addiction for those who can just have a normal drink I'm glad for you but for some of us who can't it's terrible when your body just crus out for more it's cat you just have to get that one more any way it's one day at time So please stop going on about it wats done is done I did n kill anyone only nearly meself

Had a great night last night for my daughters engagement nothing massive but the fact to be there to enjoy seeing Ciara so happy and not haveing to worry his he going to be full wat state will he be in pick a row was enough to keep anyone going. Ciara and Shane. Yous are the ones that help more then you realise the fact yous allowed me to be part of your family again I can't explain so I wish you both all the happiness and help I can do give wat ever Ciara here's to planning your big day love you.
