Sometimes we almost forget that slimming world was created by an amazing woman. She’s Margareth Miles-Bramwell.

And my god she’s inspiring

Her healthy eating plan has been changing people lives for over 53 years

It’s a healthy eating plan with real food , allowing members to never be hungry and definitely never feel deprived
Slimming down and feeling great as they do

It allows for us to be human too and and she says.
There’s no shame in a gain.
It’s about moving forward in a positive way with a plan that matters

I personally love the plan ,

It has stood by me for years, through many health issues and upsets and happy times in my life The plan is rock solid ,,

So never feel like you can’t come
Or it won’t suit you

It’s for everyone

So have a read of this
