What a fabulous St. Patrick's Day 🎉 Hope everyone has been having a fantastic time. As usual we started at the Club 💚 this morning Nourished and full of Energy ⚡Just finished in the cinema 🎥 with our youngest, longest, VIP Club Member and friend, our darling Monica🌹My Heart is SO full & grateful for ALL the beautiful Irish 🇨🇮 people for all the kindness, support & family like LOVE from Day 1 ❤️ I LOVE I can give back and contribute each and every day to the HEALTH & Wellbeing of people in our beautiful Dun Laoghaire Community 😍 for as long as I live here 🙌

🔥🔥HOT OF THE PRESS🔥🔥Thursday, March the 5th is our 2nd OPEN EVENT this year at our Nutrition Club 💚 Dun Laoghaire!! For 1 hr from 7-8PM the door will be opened to the public.

You may have been watching us and seen some of our amazing results over the last 3 years. The community has been LIFE changing for a huge amount of people in our local community.

We help in 4 main categories:

Now, YOU, your family and friends have a chance to come along and see what we do. You'll get to meet some Club Members who've taken steps to improve their health and are currently smashing their results.
You'll also have the opportunity to have a FREE mini health check and body composition scan which shows things like;lean muscle mass, body fat, hydration levels (most people are dehydrated), metabolic age and Visceral Fat that covers vital organs 🙏
The Event is FREE to attend so leave your purse at home, HOWEVER we only have** only 15 Spaces left so booking is essential**

There is never been a better time to be a part off and open your own Budget Breakfast Nutrition Club 💚 The demand for what we have is so high (swipe👉 to see why) Just like Leonardo here Tri-Athlete & Ironman himself (Brazilian 🇧🇷 originally, lived 6 years in Dublin, now owns a restaurant in Cork about to Open his first Nutrition Club having had FANTASTIC Results himself & his gorgeous lady Giselly (account by trade) understands the difference between running traditional business and the opportunity to have time freedom/leverage with no employees nor revenue limits while having a meaningful impact on people's lives!

'I joined my local Nutrition Club at the end of last year, but because of my busy lifestyle I wasn’t able to commit to regular visits at that time. As a restaurant owner, triathlete, and coach, I’m constantly dividing my time between multiple areas of my life.
For years, my mindset was:
“If I train hard enough, I can eat whatever I want.”
That worked — until it didn’t.
At the end of 2025, I decided to challenge that belief. I Dropped 1 litre of visceral fat and started to feel and perform better in training. My energy, recovery, and overall wellbeing changed noticeably, and it made me realise how powerful proper nutrition really is.
Today, I’m proud to be part of the Dean Rock Nutrition team, where I’m inspired every day by the incredible people I meet. Through this journey, I’m continuing to grow, learn, and build a healthier, more balanced lifestyle — both as an athlete and as a coach.'

Just got back from the most fabulous event in Cork 🍀🇨🇮 with the Team and a special honour of having our gorgeous Olympic track athlete, Irish national pride🏅 Sharlene🌹 not only sharing how our Nutrition plan helps her through her training, preparation and recovery which every single athlete (including me 😁) loves so much 😍💪) She is so down to earth and like our own Club/Team Member... Because she has been for the past 6 years!! Stunning venue, totally spoilt with champagne 🍾🥂 food, red carpet Valentine's ❤️Red themed PARTYYYY 💃🏼🕺🏼and entertainment for ALL. FABULOUS!! Wish you were all there 🥰

Just shared with our Clubbers 💚 an example/snap shot from the last couple of days... Personal Body Composition Scans I took last Friday before I flew ✈️ abroad, was away from the gym and my kitchen... No exercise other than carrying my 10kg bag + getting from A:B was sat in the conference for 2 days and had a PARTYYYY with all the party food around 😅 I came back and scanned first thing Monday morning:
⬇️ - 0.2% Body Fat gone!!
💪 +800g of Lean muscle 🔥
Since I was in the gym once... Last night! This morning further:
⬇️ -0.9% Body Fat gone!! Total - 1.1%
💪 +500g Lean Muscle & Total +1.3KG

It’s not about the gym.. In fact my body was fully recovered by not training... I was prepared, my Body is NEVER deprived of any Nutrient and it's so EASY when you know EXACTLY HOW... That's what we teach every Club Member each and every day... The skills that no school is going to teach you, my parents never taught me... Not sure where else you can learn this? 🤔
Because every single person I have personally sat down with in the last 4 months at least has not only been dehydrated, under-muscled and not to even mention the dangerous levels of fat covering vital organs... Yet as I've just shared on my personal example it can be so simple.

WOWZERS!! I'm totally Obsessed and in LOVE 😍✨ with our NEW Korean🇰🇷science based SKINCARE 👌Little over 2 months ago I finally unpacked the Newbies (must say it was hard to let my previous SKIN care go as I LOVED it very much!!)...obviously trusted in better!!!

I have been scanning with our AI scanner regularly: each time bare skin, not even washed, the same time, place/light and time of the day

I was amazed how pretty low my score was... I had no complaints before... Don't even think my skin is oily?? And I'm VERY Consistent made a New 4 step process (AM/PM) that takes me 5min 10 sec (I timed it!! 😁) including playing with my NEW favourite Toy GUA SHA (I had not even heard off before the launch event in Budapest?!! 😅
Incredible to see ALL areas improving and wrinkles disappearing 😍
