Richard McDonald, M.Sc (Sports Med) PG Dip (Sports Med) B.Sc MIAPT. Physical Therapy, Dry Needling, and Strength & Conditioning. Richard treats all types of musculoskeletal injuries and is particularly interested in keeping people active, by educating people through rehabilitation to ensure that injury does not re-occur and education in pre-habilitation exercises, as a pre-emptive measure against injury occurrence.
