I love what I do, reading the body like a book that tells a story, and working energetically in the biofield surrounding the body where memories are stored in the form of electrical dissonance, with sound and crystals. When the dissonance is corrected, the body no longer receives data that translates as physical issues or unwanted patterns. Combining all learned therapeutic skills and natural intuition, I have developed my own way of doing massage, body work and healing. I work with each person organically, seeing aches and pains and ailments as the body's way to express what goes on deep in the Psyche or the emotions. While some conditions can be natural wear and tear of the physical body, they can be manifestations of these upsets, traumas or blockages, which if worked on the physical level too, naturally release themselves on an emotional level. This helps us to learn more about ourselves and move forward, or to manage living with some medical conditions, making them our allies by turning them in opportunities to grow. I offer one to one sessions giving listening time, and ongoing support to the people I work with. I offer a special rate for single parents. I also facilitate small workshops in simple holistic tools for everyday wellness and meditation. Please check the Services sections for a list of treatments available. Diplomas and qualifications:

FIBONACCI 60 CODE: The Cross of 4 Zeroes:
Connection to Jesus’ Auric Crown.

Does the Auric Cross depicted on the religious art of Jesus Xt have a secret Connection to the Final Digits (Modulus 10 or mod 10) of the infinite Fibonacci Numbers?

These Frescoes of Jesus Christ’s Auric Crown, are sourced from “Karanlik Kilise” the Dark Church, during the C12th Byzantine era, in Goreme, Cappadocia, Turkey.

Jesus is shown with the Holy Cross around his Head. Did the Master Artists at that time embed secret or sacred mathematical codes in this geometrical expression of the Divine Field.
The reason this is significant is because what is being captured here is an emphasis upon the 4 Zeroes, not only because it forms a Cross of Power, or The Power of X, but more about the Symbolism of what Zero means: the Source, the Everything and the Nothing, the Bindu Point of Origin, the Emanation Point, the Spark Of Life.

Once, men and women did not sleep as we do now. The notion of “eight hours straight” was foreign. In the Middle Ages, the night unfolded in two distinct breaths: the first sleep and the second sleep.

As the sun dipped below the horizon and the sky turned to dark velvet, people would retire early, surrendering to the hush of night. After four or five hours, their eyes would open—not from anxiety or disruption, but from rhythm. This pause in the night was a quiet, secret world.

By candlelight, they prayed, leafed through worn books, or sipped spiced wine. Some crossed the street to knock on a neighbor’s door, while others lingered in the kitchen, telling stories to their children, hands wrapped around warm cups. It was the heart of the night, and yet life moved gently—intimate, unhurried, profound.

When the invisible clock of darkness signaled, they returned to bed. The second sleep carried them to dawn, when the rooster’s crow marked the beginning of the day.

For centuries, this was the rhythm of rest—recorded in diaries, stories, even medical manuals. But the 19th century arrived with street lamps, factories, and the clamor of urban life. The middle hours of the night lost their enchantment, and people began to sleep “all in one go.”

By the 20th century, the memory of segmented sleep had faded. What was once a natural rhythm became misunderstood. Today, we might call it insomnia.

Then… it was simply the most human way to live in harmony with the night.

What appears here as geometry is, in truth, the silent language of unfolding and enfolding life. Spirals are the signatures of motion, the breath of space-time given form. These four spirals, each with its own tempo and law, are like elemental archetypes—whispering secrets of growth, decay, motion, and return.

The Logarithmic Spiral
This is the spiral of the cosmos, of galaxies and nautilus shells. Each turn grows by a constant factor, never touching the center, forever becoming. It is the spiral of self-similarity and scale, where the pattern remains untouched by magnitude. This spiral mirrors the path of the soul evolving through realms—always turning inward, yet never collapsing. In its infinite unfolding, it speaks of the eternal.

Fermat’s Spiral
A spiral of balance—twin arms swirling from a central seed. This is the form of sunflower seeds, of the unfurling of order in the apparent chaos. It embodies symmetry, a mirror of the dualities that shape creation. Growth here occurs by area, not radius, evoking harmony between expansion and density. It is the whisper of nature’s algorithm, coded in light and life.

The Archimedean Spiral
This spiral moves outward at a steady pace—each turn evenly spaced. It is the rhythm of time, the song of clocks, the unfolding of cycles in the human mind. It tells of steady evolution, of journeys with equal steps. It is the breath of the initiatory path, where each rotation brings a new threshold, a new remembering.

The Hyperbolic Spiral
Here, the curve flees the center like a memory dissolving into the far edges of time. As it spirals outward, it slows, bending toward infinity but never quite arriving. This spiral is the geometry of withdrawal, of cosmic recession. It is found in magnetic fields and the scattering of particles. It speaks to entropy, to the unwinding of form, and to the soul’s return to silence after the dance.

Together, these spirals are the sacred choreography of space and consciousness. To study them is not to analyze, but to listen. For in their turns and arms lie the memory of stars, the breath of plants, the structure of thought, and the shape of destiny.

Have you ever considered that you’re literally made of light? Research in biofield science reveals that we are energetic, coherent fields of light and information.

A “biofield” is an interconnected system of electrical and magnetic fields built into our tissues that transmit light and vibration through the body. It surrounds and imbues all living beings, regulating physiological function, healing, and our capacity for higher consciousness.

What this means in practical, everyday life is profound: when we are aligned — mind, body, heart, and soul — our light-body is bright — cells communicate with coherence, our energy flows, our mind is clear and our connection to what’s sacred deepens. When we carry unprocessed emotions and inherited blocks or are rattled by modern stressors — our light dims.

Cultivating a body of light, then, becomes a vital practice for health, mental agility, spiritual connection and self-realization. It’s not new age fluff — it’s a map to living our full potential.

I’ve developed sacred dance techniques that literally activate light in the body, helping to restore coherence in your biofield so you can navigate life with clarity, vitality and wholeness.

So, the next time you feel “off,” remember: your light isn’t gone — it’s simply misaligned. Dance can help you find your way back home to your light and your true self.

I believe that the body is the material part of the soul.

As ancient societies fell prey to the power-over dynamics of patriarchal ideology, soul and body were forcibly, tragically separated. We began to feel shame about our body and lost touch with our sacred sensuality as the body was reduced to an object — something to be controlled, used, or contained.

But without embodiment — or the divine union of body and soul — we lose touch with our humanity. Spirituality becomes an escape, fad, or bypass of the physical sublimity we were blessed with.

The 14th century Indian mystic, Kabir said, “Only rely on what you get while alive. Learn while you’re still in a body. Realize the Divine. While you’re alive attain liberation.” In other words, the body is not an obstacle to awakening. It is the gateway.

Can you feel your body beckoning you to remember what it is to be holy, joyful, and free? Can you hear your body whispering you home?

Be still and know...
