The competition was incredibly tight this year, which speaks volumes about the level of dedication across our entire organisation. 💚

• 🥇 1st Place Employee of the Year: Daisy Abraham (HCA) from Oakdale Nursing Home. Recognised for “Her compassion, patience and dedication... Residents look forward to her shift, knowing that she will greet all with a smile.” – Kiran Kaur, Person in Charge

• 🥈 2nd Place: Catherine Nolan (HCA Supervisor) from Raheny House Nursing Home. Catherine “is reliable and experienced, always ready to share knowledge with others… She knows reach residents’ preferences, making them feel comfortable and cared for” – Claudia Talpau, Person in Charge

• 🥉 3rd Place: Ann Leddy (Household Manager) from Sunhill Nursing Home. “It is obvious from observing interactions and talking with residents that Anne treats all like members of her family… and always has time for a chat.” – Sarah Beth Fay, Deputy Person in Charge

On the 5th December Evergreen Care Nursing Home Group celebrated our 2nd Annual Employee of the Year awards to honour the incredible dedication and compassion of our team across all our homes. 💐

Hosted by Joanna Jacek, Borris Lodge Nursing Home Person in Charge, the event was attended by all our 2025 Employees of the Month, our Head of HR Emmet Duffy, CEO Eamonn Prone and COO Rosetta Herr as well as many other staff members, family, friends and residents.

To every staff member who consistently goes above and beyond - delivering exceptional care, showing tireless kindness, and making a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families - thank you. Your commitment is the heart of Evergreen Care. 💚

An unforgettable night at the Nursing Homes Ireland ! 🎉

We’re incredibly proud of our amazing team, with multiple staff members nominated, and a special congratulations to Mamie Dunne, who won the first-ever Olivia Slater Administrator of the Year Award. Mamie is the admin from Oakdale Nursing Home keeping everything running smoothly and does it all with a smile! 🏆

Being recognised on a national stage highlights the dedication, compassion, and excellence our staff show every single day. It was a wonderful evening spent celebrating the outstanding individuals who make our nursing homes such special places, by going above and beyond to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, their commitment, kindness, and hard work are at the heart of everything Evergreen Care Nursing Home do. 💚

What an incredible morning we had at the Remembrance Run 2025!🌟

As proud sponsors, Evergreen Care was honoured to see such a fantastic turnout. The sun shone brightly, creating a warm and uplifting atmosphere as we gathered to honour and remember our loved ones.

Thank you to everyone who participated and shared this meaningful moment with us. Together, we celebrate their lives and the memories that continue to inspire us every day.

We were truly moved by the stories shared and the connections made during the event. It was a beautiful reminder of the strength of our community and the love that binds us together.🤍
