10 Weeks | Small Group | Physio-Led
Week 1: One-to-one pelvic floor assessment
Weeks 2–9: Progressive supervised classes
Week 10: Final reassessment
This is not a generic fitness class. It is structured rehabilitation and strength development in a calm, supportive environment.
