10 Weeks | Small Group | Physio-Led

Week 1: One-to-one pelvic floor assessment
Weeks 2–9: Progressive supervised classes
Week 10: Final reassessment

This is not a generic fitness class. It is structured rehabilitation and strength development in a calm, supportive environment.

Rebuilding strength after pregnancy is not about rushing back.

It’s about reconnecting with your pelvic floor, restoring control, and progressing gradually with expert guidance.

Our small-group classes (4–6 women) provide structured weekly progression over 10 weeks - from foundational pelvic floor work to functional lifting and light plyometrics where appropriate.

All sessions led by Julia Hayes, Chartered Physiotherapist trained in pelvic health.

You are not alone and it is not something you simply have to “live with.”

Our 10-week Postpartum Return to Exercise programme combines pelvic floor rehabilitation, Pilates-based training, and progressive strength work to help you rebuild safely and confidently.

Our 10-week physiotherapy-led programme is designed to rebuild pelvic floor strength, reduce leaking or bulging and restore confidence in movement.
