REIKI is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.
A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness.
CRYSTAL HEALING works with the human energy field and can move, absorb, focus, direct and diffuse energy within the body. Working with crystalline energy helps the body to find it’s natural rhythm. Crystal healing is basically the ‘laying on’ of stones of different vibrational rates onto the body in order to effect healing and change. It may also involve laying out different energy grids or specific patterns of crystals around the body. By using grids, the combination of the stones can enhance their individual properties, and direct energy. Crystals have been used throughout history for healing. Crystals are used for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing.
REFLEXOLOGY is a focused pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which corresponds to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs of the entire body. In this system, the nerve endings in the extremities provide a “map” of the rest of the body. Examples are the base of the little toe representing the ear, or the ball of the foot representing the lung. Through the application of pressure on particular areas of the hands or feet, reflexology is said to promote benefits such as the relaxation of tension, improvement of circulation, and support of normalized function in the related area in the body.
ACUPRESSURE, similar to Reflexology, but works along your Meridians. Meridians are connected to your organs and a blocked organ, can be treated with one or more sessions, to regain strength to that organ or removing the blockage. It is older than Acupuncture and no needles are used.

Over the years I have developed my system in combining Chakra with Reiki and balancing/tuning the Chakras with my special Hunter Healer Pendulum. I have also developed my own Integrated Intuitive Energy Healing practice, which can become a 2 hour session.
