So why do you still feel exhausted, anxious… or just not right?

This is something I see every week.

People are doing their best — eating well, taking supplements, trying to look after themselves — and still feel off.

🍋 Spring Reset Drink

✅ Why right now?
Spring is the perfect time for a little reset, we come out of winter often with heavier food, less exercise & a little less energy.
Now everything will be lighter again ☀️ and that's exactly where we start: gently support the body & start new routines.

Our go-to morning drink:
– 1 glass of lukewarm water 💧
– Juice of 1⁄2 lemon 🍋
– 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
– 1 Pinch Cinnamon
– 1 Pinch Tumeric
- some fresh ginger (grated)
– optional: 1 Tsp Honig

Why all of this?
🍋 Lemon → supports digestion & gives freshness
🍎 Apple cider vinegar & Cinnamon → can stabilize metabolism & blood sugar
🌶️ Ginger + Turmeric → anti-inflammatory & activating effect

👉 It's not about "detox miracle", it's about giving your body something good in the morning & consciously starting the day.

Happiness isn’t something you chase.
And it’s definitely not something you fake.
It’s what shows up when the body is in balance.
When your nervous system is calm…
When your sleep is in rhythm…
When your body isn’t fighting inflammation…
When your mind finally gets a bit of quiet.
That’s when happiness sneaks in the back door.
Not loud. Not dramatic.
Just… steady.
🌿 Sunlight
🌿 Breath
🌿 Real food
🌿 Grounding
🌿 Connection
We’ve overcomplicated something that used to be simple.
So today, don’t try to “be happy.”

🌸 Spring Equinox Blessing

Where light and shadow meet as equals,
and neither seeks to overcome the other.
I honour the darkness that has held me,
the stillness that restored me,
the unseen roots that have been growing in silence.
And now…
I turn gently toward the light.
Not in haste.
Not in force.
But in quiet readiness.
Like the earth herself,
I rise in my own timing.

I call forward renewal.
Into my body, my breath, my cells.
Let what is heavy soften.
Let what is dormant awaken.
Let what is ready… emerge.

I welcome the returning light.
Not just around me — but within me.
Into my thoughts.
