Magic Hill Honey - our exquisite high quality raw Irish honey is ethically produced and harvested in small sustainable batches, only taking the excess honey from our bees. To preserve the natural goodness of our honey, it is only coarsely filtered and then bottled by hand using traditional methods. This craft process ensures the honey retains all of its natural goodness and maintains its superior quality and distinct flavour. We are passionate about natural health and creating awareness for Ireland’s native bee population and the importance of the Native Irish Honey Bee and other pollinators. In our apiaries we only use native Irish honeybees, positively contributing to the conservation of this threatened native species.
