🚛 The Winter Aid Truck 2025 – Keeping Hope Moving This Winter ❄️

For over ten years, our Winter Aid Truck has travelled from Ireland to Romania and Ukraine, bringing comfort to those facing freezing winters and difficult times.
Each year, thanks to your kindness, the truck is filled with long-lasting food, hygiene products, warm clothes, and everyday essentials — simple things that mean the world to families who have so little.

This project is more than a delivery of goods — it’s a delivery of hope. Every bag of rice, every bar of soap, every tin of beans helps someone get through another cold night.

Now, as we begin this year’s collection, we’re asking for your help once again.
If you can, please donate dry food, cleaning supplies, toiletries, or warm items like towels and blankets — and help us spread the word in your community.

We’ll be collecting donations from Saturday, 1st November until Saturday, 8th November — when the truck sets off from Blackrock, carrying your kindness across borders.

Together, let’s make sure no one is left behind this winter. ❤️

It was an honour to be invited to RTÉ Radio 1 today to say a final farewell to Joe Duffy as he passes on the reigns on Liveline. On behalf of ladies of Ireland going through breast cancer and those cancer survivors, a sincere thank you to Joe and his team for all the support. Thank you to Brenda O'Donohoe, Siobhan Hough for including Caroline's Breast Care and I today and Tara Loughrey Grant for your support in airing the funding support issue last year. Wishing Joe a very happy retirement. ❤️

It is great to see that Minister Stephen Donnelly has followed through on his promises earlier in the year, that the HSE review on products for Cancer patients would result in a fair and equitable service for ladies, irrespective of location or medical card status. Thank you to the Minister and the HSE for supporting Cancer patients across the country.

This is fantastic news for those going through cancer treatment.
I would personally like to thank Ruairi O Murchu and Senator John McGahon who brought this issue to the Dail and Seanad respectively when cuts were proposed last April, your support was so important in this development.

Thanks to Joe Duffy, Liveline RTE, OUR HERO. for giving myself and Caroline's Breast Care the airtime and opportunity to support the ladies of Ireland.
