This is a reminder that ISAAC Care has now closed.
The ISAAC Care service closed on 30 April 2026.

Monitoring and emergency response ended on 1 May 2026. The device will no longer connect to the ISAAC monitoring service.
You do not need to return the ISAAC Care device.

Monthly subscriptions have now ended.
If the service user paid annually, our team will contact you regarding any refund for unused service time.

Options listed in the closure notice include Tunstall and Caite.

❗ISAAC Care closes on 30 April 2026. Your fall alarm and monitoring will keep working as normal until then. From 1 May 2026, monitoring and emergency response will no longer be available.

No need to return your device.

Payments: no payments will be taken in April 2026. Monthly plans end automatically. Annual customers will hear from our team about a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.

Please arrange alternative cover before end of April 2026.
