I will be starting to teach again out in Carlingford in the beautiful studio in The Apothecary Ogam Oils .

It's always such a pleasure to be in this space and I will be teach a nice slow paced class which will focus on softening out the body using the breath and gentle movement.

Well hello folks, here we are the the 1st of September after a very busy summer! I hope you got to enjoy the summer even if the weather was not exactly summery!

The studio was closed for the month of August and I'm starting classes back up next week and there is availability in 2 of the classes so if you're interested in starting either yoga or pilates classes then this is a perfect aprés summer chance to do so!

It's been so lovely to get a little bit of warmth into the air again and enthusiasm to get into the garden! Got a beautiful bundle of Irish heritage apple trees and spent the day planting them in to, hopefully, in a few years make a beautiful Orchard corridor in the garden.

My dream is to make this gorgeous land I live on a paradise I can share with you all. Slowly but surely its coming. The vision of the garden is ever changing but so are we so it's nice to lean into the ebbing and flowing of the creative process.

Dates for Summer half day workshops to come next week. Where we enjoy a beautiful practice, with beautiful people surrounded by nature.....and FOOD!

The Sunday Revive is a mini retreat that aims to create that little bit of space for you to reconnect with yourself, to release from the hectic movement of everyday life. I'll be hoping to hold a space for you all to Revive and Reset every 6 weeks or so in the gorgeous studio Carlingford.

The day will start with a Yin and Yang practice (11am-1pm)

A Hatha Yoga Flow connecting us back to the root of being and back to the breath. To move slowly, mindfully and carefully with ourselves. To open up the body in gentle ways. And then finishing with a Yin practice to start to encorporate soft stillness into the body. Long deep holds in a floor based practice targeting our joints and fascia.

The end section of the day will be a Restorative Yoga and Soundbath (2pm-4pm)

In the Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing Workshop we will bath in the contrast of both sound and silence, as we allow all layers of our being to move into a deep sense of harmony and relaxation.

Restorative yoga gives us the time to be still, to open and completely relax through resting in yogic postures with the support of a bolster. When we rest in these postures for extended periods of time (5-7minutes) it gives us the opportunity to dive beneath the everyday thoughts, to navigate the journey inwards and finally to rest in a place of stillness within ourselves.
Sound healing using Himalayan Singing Bowls helps to relax and support our healing at a deep level. As the sound vibration and resonance from the bowls, gong and chimes absorb into our bodies and energy field, all layers of our being are gently guided into a state of homeostasis. In this workshop we will work with the vibration of the bowls to connect with our chakras and promote a state of harmony and balance to enable the body to self heal.

We will finish this workshop with a long deep relaxation to support the physical, emotional and energetic healing process.

Well have I got a delicious suprise for you!
Join me for a well earned soulful rest on Sunday 21st January in the beautiful studio at The Apothecary in in Carlingford.

I want to create the space for you to release from the aftermath of the Chrustmas madness and the imposed idea that we are supposed to better ourselves in January. Everything you ever need you already are. But somehow as we go on in life the layers of "supposed to" and pressures to be anything else pile up so it is exactly for this reason that we need to Stop and rest in the pure act of being.
This will be aided by the practice. Of Restorative Yoga which is a full supported practice of long hold postures which aids the soothing of the nervous system, digestive system....the whole system!
And we will finish with a Sound Bath where we lie in stillness and allow the vibrations of sound to simmer through the body.

So please come join me in coming back to yourself.

I've been getting a few message from folks wondering if I will be doing Vouchers coming up to the big C time seeing as I am swanning off in far Eastern lands. The answer is YeS!
Vouchers are available at any stage via my booking link either on the Website or via the "Book Now" button at the top of my page.
If you rather the old fashioned paper version with my chicken scrawl hand writing you can let me know via text how much you'd like it for and I will be writing them when I get home and they will be available for collection from 2 weeks before Christmas up until the 23rd of December.

Any questions just send me a DM but I may be a little slower than normal (which is usually pretty slow 🐌 🤦‍♀️) as I'm slowly unwinding myself here in Nepal.
