I have always been interested in alternative therapies and started my journey 20 years ago learning Reiki for myself and then progressed on to doing Reiki for friends and family members. Life then happened and all that was put on the back burner as I raised my family and worked as a Legal Secretary for all those years. About two years ago I had an overwhelming calling to return to practicing Reiki and went to Green Tara College, Navan to complete by Reiki Practitioners training. It was there that I realised that being an Holistic Therapist was possible for me and I embarked on the year long course of studying to be a Reflexologist whilst working full time and dealing with all life's challenges. I qualified as a Reflexologist and a Reiki Practitioner and then went on further to qualify as an Indian Head Massage Therapist and did a post-grad in Maternity Reflexology. I am continuing my learning by now doing a post-grad in Special Needs Reflexology which is close to my heart. I am now embarking on this new chapter in my life with lots of life experience and an overwhelming desire to help in whatever way I can and pass on the knowledge I have accumulated over the years. I am so aware of the level of stress and anxiety that people of all ages are experiencing in this present day that I am passionate about bringing my therapies to as many people as possible. The No. 1 thing that all my therapies have in common is that they reduce stress and anxiety and I feel that is what most people are looking for at this time. All of my therapies induce a state of calm through the body and mind leaving you feeling less stressed and anxious. Practice What You Preach 💆

Someone enquired today about Access Bars and here is my explanation:-
I know it is a strange name for a treatment but Access Bars is a gentle hold of 32 points (bars) on the head each one stores thoughts, beliefs, emotion and stress and by gently holding them you help the body and mind release mental clutter. It is very good for stress, anxiety, overthinking, feeling stuck. Clients afterwards say they feel lighter, have less stuff in their head, are more focused, organised and generally feel uplifted. It is suitable for all ages.
