I would like to give a big thank you to Brian who finished his time with me today.
Brain came to me with the aim of gaining size and strength, by which he smashed. The numbers he lifted/moved and PB's he hit spoke for themselves.
Although Brian's goal was never to lose weight (he also got annoyed that the scales dropped, well for some haha) we seen healthy improvements.
Start Weight:84.5kg
End Weight: 78.1kg
Brian also lost 9inches in total from body sites measured.

HERE IT IS......

Here is the first of 8 videos I aim to get up over the next 8 weeks, it is an intro to what I'm getting up to with GrenadeFit
Go easy on me and show some love I'm new to this, I have a face for the radio not the camera. However great things don't come from comfort zones.

This morning I weighted in at 74.2kg it will be interesting to see this number after the 8weeks.

My measurements were also as follows:
Chest: 39 inches
Abdominal: 32in
Upper leg: 23.5in
Arm: 12in

Right folks,
From Monday the 20th I'm putting myself in the shoes of the client. I have signed up with a part time online coach for 8 weeks to challenge myself.
This will also allow me to see the struggles that you face time to time, it will also help me become a better online coach from learning from some of the best in the fitness industry.

TMPT Tips for Diet Adherence and Successful Results!

1. What gets tracked gets measured (myfitnesspal).
2. Life is about balance, moderation with food is key.
3. Get your big rocks (Macronutrients) in check before worrying about the pebbles (supplements etc.).
4. Up your daily steps (target 10,000 steps).
5. Have a set goal and break it down into a plan.
6. Eat more satiation foods (High-Fibre foods).
7. Get sufficient sleep, this keeps hunger and fullness hormones in check (ghrelin and leptin).
8. Small regular meals are not necessary, your total daily energy intake is whats important. 3 bigger meals can have the same energy intake as 6 smaller meals.
9. Feed your subconscious mind with positive self talk.

This morning I took a group of De La Salle students for a training and circuit workshop. Hats off to each and everyone of these students. A lot of pressure is put on 6th year students in regards to workload and exams, I agree that some pressure can be beneficial but that piece of paper doesn't dictate your entire future. That sounds cliche however I never had an interest in the academic side of school and as a result failed my LC, YES FAILED and it was a blessing in the sky!!!

Through failure I had to go to extended lengths to get into the college course I applied for when I was in sixth year, I got to play football for a year in college and also travel to America and play in a football tournament representing Ireland (which we won🏆). All before graduating that course I once failed for with a second class honours degree 🎓

The purpose of this post is to recognise all 6th year students and if plan A doesn't work there's 25 more letters in the alphabet.

Before looking at these informative images I want you to understand that supplements are NOT a replacement for food. Majority of us are capable of obtaining all the needed nutrients through a balanced diet.
However if you are interested in supplementation because a selective few can be beneficial to achieving goals and enhancing performance but unsure what to buy this post is for you. As you can waste a lot of money on unnecessary supplements- believe me, I did it before!
