Last day in Dundalk Therapy Clinic 😥, to say it has been a wonderful experience is unstated. I have grown in confidence and knowledge and can say because of Peter have found a passion in sports massage. What a wonderful person to work alongside and a very supportive human being 😊. I have met so many lovely people and some have become friends. Now its time to spread my wings and continue with my studies and working from my own Therapy room. This is just a wee quote from my favourite film ever( The wizard Of Oz ❤).

A huge thank you to all of our clients for your support since we reopened in July.
Unfortunately, due to the new restrictions we will be closing this evening and must remain closed until we move back to level 3.
If you would like us to contact you to reserve an appointment when we reopen just give us a shout and we will put you on our list.
If you find yourself in pain, get in touch anytime during the lockdown for a free one to one Zoom session and we will advise on pain management techniques.

Whether we realize it or not, comments about weight — our own, or someone else’s — are rooted in our own insecurities and internalized fatphobia, and they negatively impact ourselves and everyone around us.

Separating what is really best for our health from the deeply entrenched fatphobia permeating most of our beliefs about exercise and eating is work. And it’s work that must be undertaken by all of us, especially by those supposed gatekeepers of “health and wellness".
