Lisa Dunbar Health I first became interested in food and health in 2015 during a period of illness. I studied nutrition to learn how to improve my own health.

As a Nutrition and Health Coach I can help you make lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle so that you and your body can go on to live a healthier and happier life and THRIVE like you're supposed to! However, the more I learned and the more my health improved, the more I thought “This is incredible! I have to spread the word!”
